Experience of early stage industrialisation within a regulated environment?
Knowledge of developing processes from R&D phase to manufacturing?
We are very happy to be working, once again, with our client in a retained capacity to assist them with their ongoing growth. I am keen to speak with mid-level (2+ years experience) and senior (5+ years experience) engineers with a background from a regulated industry who are looking for a new opportunity within a growing and developing SME business that can offer a highly collaborative working environment with a modern company culture.
My client are needing someone to join their team who can support, and potentially manage, the early stage tech transfer process by developing robust processes to support the R&D progression to manufacturing. The successful candidate will be one who can support and/or lead developments including design for manufacture and who can focus on technology transfer of products and processes for small volume compounding and filling.
With this in mind, the ideal candidate will come from a highly regulated environment including pharmaceuticals, biotech, oil & gas, nuclear, food or cosmetics.
Key responsibilities:
* Contribute and/or lead projects to include tech transfer, process development, validation and transferring to manufacturing
* Provide key technical expertise for developing proof-of-principle processes
* Develop scalable processes and techniques
* Carry out change management, deviation investigation and CAPA activities
* Generate appropriate and required reports to a high level of quality
* Validation activities
* Commissioning activities
