Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for a Service Planner has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be the lynch pin between the clients and engineers, supporting with their maintenance, repair, and general service schedules.

What's involved for Service Planner???

• Plan installations
• Allocate engineers for UK repairs, servicing and installations
• Input and update CRM system
• Monitor and update customers
• Work closely with engineers
• Manage engineers diaries
• Raise quotes and repairs for products

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong administrator, planner or service coordinator / controller background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
