Our client is looking for an Installation Coordination Manager to work within their successful and exciting company. You will book in the installations of displays, plan in advance, coordinate and time installation.
You will plan and implement display installation rollouts across stores and across the UK and occasionally abroad. You will select and book employed and sub contract installation teams and gather schedules and quotations on Excel. You will send schedule of costs to the Project Coordinators and obtain approval for costs.
It is essential that you have strong scheduling skills and experience and ideally have worked in the retail or fashion industry.
You will ideally have project coordination skills and superb admin, organisational and interpersonal skills. Any accounts administration experience or knowledge will be very useful as you will also be involved with checking quotes and invoicing. You will also be happy to assist in other areas such as order processing and procurement administration. Experience in any of these areas will be a distinct advantage. You will be confident to deal with any problems that occur and take to management level if required. Staff supervision and leading experience is required
