We are working with one of the leading providers of adult learning disability, autism & enduring mental health services across the UK on their search for a Registered Manager for their service based in Maidstone, Kent

This service is 7 bedded, and supports individuals with enduring mental health/autism and transitional requirements to allow more independence within the community. Ideally we are looking for a Registered Manager that has a background with mental health & learning disabilities.

Its essential that you are a Registered Manager (CQC) with experience of managing mental health or learning disability services previously

We are looking for a dedicated Manager who will support people within the service and who will actively seek out opportunities for individuals to support and develop their skills and confidence. Including directing and managing staff teams to do the same.

We will also need a real emphasis and insistence on providing the best possible quality service which the Registered Manager will lead whilst inspiring your team to do the same, with a person-centred support and care.
