Internal Customer Service Office SupervisorOur client is a market leading, family run wholesaler/manufacturer supplying specialist retailers, contractors and interior designers with exquisite products, both off the shelf and made to measure.The business has grown year on year, with a passion to continue growing the business and re-invest profits into refreshing product ranges and improving infrastructure.The Office Supervisor will support the Sales Office/Customer Service Manager in monitoring and controlling the activities and achievements of the Internal Sales team towards targets and customer service levels.Main Duties & Responsibilities:• Supervise and co-ordinate the daily activities of the Customer Service Office• Schedule and monitor workflow for the team (those working in the office & remotely).• Assist the Sales Office Manager in devising performance & reporting measures for the Department• To coach, guide and develop the team to meet customer service and sales objectives.• To help identify and implement any appropriate training requirements for individuals and the wider team.• Perform administrative support functions such as:Approval of Customer discount/Special price set upDrafting customer correspondence when necessaryMaintenance of "front Desk" inbox• Handling escalated Customer Complaints / Issues effectively.• Approve and monitor staff holidays and sick leave• Building a close working relationship with Head of External Sales and Field Account team.• Liaise effectively with other departments on behalf of the team.

We are also located on a busy bus route, with buses to Preston and surrounding areas at regular intervals.
