Home based Mortgage Advisor

Our client is part of a highly successful financial services group based in Farnborough. Their holistic approach enables them to provide bespoke solutions to a wide range of clients.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced mortgage broker to work on a self-employed basis from home.

The ideal candidate will be looking to run and develop their own business as our client will provide comprehensive support both centrally and locally to ensure you can grow and develop a profitable business which is controlled by you. As part of the proposition the client offers the opportunity to purchase proven quality leads (at discounted rates) offering high levels of commission coupled with the opportunity to refer non-life business in house at generous rates.

The Role

This opportunity will suit an experienced mortgage professional who has worked with a broad range of clients and is looking to partner with a professional forward-thinking company. The majority of leads provided will be for phone-based sales.

You will be supported by highly efficient back office and state of the art business submission systems that are second to none. In addition, you will have local T&C and marketing

support you will have all the tools available to ensure you are able to produce quality

profitable sales.

In short it will give you the opportunity to take your business to the next level supported by a constant lead generation source, professional local help for business development and marketing within a strong brand that is known and respected nationally.

Person Specification

To be considered you must hold CeMAP (or equivalent qualification) and either hold or work towards achieving RO1 and RO5. CAS status is desirable but not essential.
