We are looking for advisors to join the ELC team in Dublin Airport, providing authentic and personalised service to customers across a range of brands.
Your duties will include:
* Achieving required retail sales targets set by ELC as communicated by the Team Leader
* Presenting yourself within the expected ELC personal grooming guidelines
* Link selling between ELC brands to help grow items per transaction and average basket value
* Providing best in class service and experiences across all ELC brands
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and merchandising at all times and according to ELC and retailer guidelines
* Keeping up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
* Utilising the Education Team strategy, ensuring you have up to date product knowledge and skills in order to achieve goals
* Delivering service excellence by ensuring measures are in place to continually and visibly improve service levels, creating a zero consumer complaints mind-set and a surprise and delight culture
* Reporting of daily and weekly sales to the Team Leader as required
* Completion of administration tasks accurately, legibly and on time
About you...
* Previous experience in retail and/or guest services is desirable (preferably within beauty or luxury goods)
* Ability to use your exceptional people and conversational skills to stop and engage customers and fulfil their shopping needs
* Sales and goal orientated with the ability to maintain levels of sales performance as determined by ELC
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast paced environment
* Experience with makeup artistry is a plus
* Previous experience with retail point of sales software is desirable
* Multiple language fluency and an understanding of English is a plus
Excitement for interacting with customers of many culture is a plus
