The Team & Focus of the Role

Would you like to join our established and driven Residential and Rural Central Lettings Team in Worcester?

We're looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you're a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5-hour contract (Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5.30pm). (Saturday hours taken as time in lieu)

Duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Arranging viewing appointments, receiving new business enquiries, receiving maintenance enquiries.
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Liaising with external agencies - Referencing/ Home finders/ corporate LLD organisations/ Deposit scheme/ Inventory agents etc.
  • Uploading properties to market/ online platform
  • Inter team/ office liaison
  • Management of new lettings procedure - processing application/ submitting referencing/ liaising with applicant and landlord / drafting documentation agreements/ protecting deposit/ creating invoice/ issuing contracts & compiling supporting documentation
  • Management of Tenancy renewals and encompassing administrational tasks
  • Usage of custom systems
  • Use of windows programs (Excel/ Outlook/ word etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of compliance - EPC/ EICR/ Oil and Gas safety/ etc.

Full training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures.

Experience within a property/rural environment and ARLA qualified would be beneficial however is not mandatory
