Description
Complaints and Claims Team Leader (Financial Services), Basingstoke.
- You will play an important role where you will be responsible for the oversight, day to day line management for the Complaints and Claim Handlers of our Property, Savings and Retail Finance business divisions.
- As the Team Leader for the Complaints team, you will be responsible for:
- The controls, process and audits of the Complaints & Claims team as well as the business process for complaint handling, escalations, FOS adjudications, social media presence and regulatory reporting.
- You will collate management information and report to key business stakeholders regarding the complaints received into the business, you will be required to establish the root cause and support the business change for enhanced customer outcomes.
This role will be based in the Basingstoke office and is full time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. However, this role also has the potential for hybrid working, dependent on the team requirements.
Profile
Complaints and Claims Team Leader (Financial Services), Basingstoke.: The successful individual will be heavily focused complaints and FCA controls and processes in an operational, customer service environment.
- You will have ideally worked in a financial services business
- You will have Customer Service or call centre experience
- You will ideally have FCA regulations knowledge or worked in a comparable regulated environment
Job Offer
circa GBP37,000 plus a good package including a option to work from home a couple of days a week.
