You will be a Service Team Leader for Initial Washrooms, one of the UK's leading providers of washroom, hygiene and floorcare services. These services may not be the most glamourous but they are an essential for all businesses.

The job
As a Service Team Leader, you will be:
• Supporting the Service and Branch Managers with their decisions on how to improve the quality, efficiency and customer service provided by the branch
• Monitoring the driving team's performance through accompanied customer service visits, managing and developing each driver to improve performance levels and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating the drivers so that each customer receives the right service as promised
• Maintaining all vehicle documentation and ensuring servicing and repairs to the vehicle fleet are carried out
• Updating the warehouse staff on the routes each driver will take and the products they will need on their vans
• Driving our vans in place of our drivers when cover is needed.
Requirements:
If you are the right fit for our Service Team Leader vacancy, you will:
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Have demonstrated leadership skills in any work environment
• Have worked in or be ready for a fast-paced and varied work environment.
Experience in managing a fleet of commercial vehicles with good knowledge of transport legislation would be advantageous; but don't let this put you off, we train you in all elements of the job.
