Go To Marketing Manager - Poole - Salary Negotiable

Our client, a leading business based in Poole are currently looking to recruit a Go To Market Manager to join their team.

As Go To Marketing Manager this position's primary purpose is to drive the Go To Market process and impact, executing world class brand content and marketing programmes, across digital, PR, and event channels.

Duties:

• Manage the GTM process and manage the delivery of annual and seasonal Marketing activation plans across the European brand and digital programming
• Liaise and brief Creative department to ensure powerful engagement
• Work very closely on GTM/Project management with the Head of Creative, Retail Marketing Manager and the Brand Marketing Manager
• Manage and coordinate the marketing planning on short-, medium- and long-term product and marketing pipelines to ensure excellent execution
• Drive programme and plan development through efficient prioritisation, project management, calendars, milestones, and meetings
• Manage and coordinate the development of world class storytelling programmes through GTM and digital seasonal marketing programmes

• Ensure the on-time delivery of exceptional and innovative marketing content
• Work closely with the global brand team for alignment, benchmarking, and leverage
• Attend trade shows, events, sales and product meetings within the UK and Europe

Experience Required:

• Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience working in brand and project management
• Pan-European experience
• Experience across full marketing mix including Creative, Retail and Digital
• Experience in consumer centric understanding,
• The ability to show careful attention to detail.

You will need a full valid passport and driving licence and be willing to travel within Europe and the UK.
