TQR are excited to be working closely with one of Plymouth's top businesses, and have several Production Administrator opportunities available. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company on a permanent basis, and it is not one to be missed! The roles are full time (4 day week!), and the business is happy to offer flexibility around hours/schedule, so you can make your work, work for you.
We are looking for people with excellent administration skills, and a will to do well. If you are looking for a role that you can really make the most of, and you want an opportunity to join a great business, we want to hear from you.
A few things that would help you to make an impact in your new role would be a keen attention to detail, accomplished organisational skills, and confidence in communicating with people both in and outside of the business. You will be given all the tools and support to be able to settle into your new role and to hit the ground running.
Some of the main duties of this role will include:
* Day to day administration for the department
* Ensuring services are provided in an effective and efficient way
* Work in a way that resonates with the companies values
* Daily updating of documents/notice boards
* Creation and filing of appraisal documentation
* Organising Start of Shift packs
* To contribute to the positive culture within the business
* Any other administrative duties that will help the department operate as efficiently as possible
