Award-winning financial technology company, who are experiencing significant growth, are looking to recruit a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, to become the SME/expert on the technology stack and drive continuous improvements. You will be joining a passionate and experienced team that is responsible for building, shaping, and evolving the shared services that underpin the platform and its applications.

In this role, you will have a strong input to solution design focusing on key quality attributes such as availability, latency, and performance. Be responsible for keeping within service level objective targets and adjusting the rate of agility or stability accordingly as a team to maintain balance

Skills/environment (not all essential): Kubernetes, Windows Server, SQL Server, MongoDB, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell, DataDog

As the successful Lead SRE, you will work closely with junior members of the team to progress their technical understanding and contextual knowledge, whilst taking the lead on escalations from other teams within IT for monitoring/troubleshooting/incident management expertise. You will continuously drive to reduce complexity in the systems, focusing on simplicity with everything they do.
