Are you an experienced Buyer within the Construction Main Contracting arena?
Would the opportunity to create your own buying/procurement department , which will grow as the company continues to grow be of interest?
We are currently representing a Specialist Contractor that operates within the new build Care Home Industry, that is also family owned and run, that continues to grow year on year by way of providing high quality solid builds to varied and numerous Care Home providers from the East coast to the West Coast and South.
The role involves utilising your buying & procurement experience to form streamlined procedures with a view to ensuring the highest quality without compromising quality, not only in terms of materials but also sub contractors as well as being involved in construction procedures within an office environment.
The Company is a thriving, steadily growing Main Contractor that operates within the Care Home sector, in terms of new build projects ranging in value from GBP6M - GBP12M on a JCT contract basis and who have consistently grown year on year - and will continue to do so.
Working for a family run business within a recession proof industry could be considered as extremely attractive.
