SERVICE HUB OFFICER - PETERBOROUGH CITY HOSPITAL

We are looking for suitable candidates for an opportunity to join the Multiplex Services team at Peterborough City Hospital, in the role of Service Hub Officer. This is an administrative role which entails working on a service desk and coordinating maintenance tasks.

What is the overall job?

This role is responsible for coordinating the dispatch of tasks to engineers and monitoring reactive events.

Responsibilities:

* Dispatch events to engineers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual requirements

* QFM (CAFM system) administration - create, amend, close events and update events with dates, times, remarks

* Follow-up on all Multiplex dispatched events to ensure response and rectification requirements are on-track

* Arrange appropriate assistance where Multiplex Engineers request help to rectify an event

* Collate event details to send to the Technical Services Managers for planning purposes

* Administer and drive the planning process

* Report daily KPI performance

* Provide an internal monitoring report each month

* Administer and drive the P-A-R process. The P-A-R process includes submitting any requests for Planned, Access Denied, Reclassification of Events and the Grounds and Gardens As Agreed dates to the Trusts and administering responses received as to whether the Trusts have agreed or declined the requests. These requests can be on a daily basis and should be submitted to the Trust within 24 hours.

* Training of the Service Desk Sub-Contractor on despatching procedures

* Training of Multiplex Services employees on the correct use of QFM with regard to closing events.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

* Extensive administration experience, call centre/help desk/service desk experience is desirable

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc)

* Good communication skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* Knowledge of CAFM systems such as Maximo / QFM / Concept

* Able to prioritise and manage workloads

* Ability to record accurate information showing attention to detail.
