Stephen James BMW Ruxley is looking for a welcoming and motivated, Car Park Attendant & Driver who is extremely organised and enjoys exceeding customer expectations. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's most admired brands in the automotive industry.
Your role
As a Car Park Attendant & Driver, you will have responsibility for ensuring that the car park is efficiently managed to maximise capacity, and that all visitors are warmly welcomed as they arrive. You will direct visitors where to park, or valet park, and communicate to reception promptly so that customers are professionally looked after.
The main duties of the role include:
• Meet and greet customer on arrival and direct to a free parking space, whilst providing excellent customer service
• Must be prepared to work outside
• Assisting with parking, manoeuvring vehicles alongside overseeing the car park, ensuring it is organised and clear of rubbish and debris
• Responsible for the planning, organising, and manoeuvring of vehicles from various onsite and off-site car parks.
• Deliver customer vehicles, whilst planning your journey efficiently
Your profile
• Passion for customer service
• Good, clear friendly communication skills
• Enjoy helping others and being a team player
• Previous experience in a similar role or professional driving capacity
• Valid, clean UK Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (45 hrs per week)
Salary, GBP23,400 per annum
