Admin Secretary - 3 days per week

An exciting opportunity for an engaging candidate, who is willing to learn, to join a Professional Services company within their Company Secretarial team. You will be hands on with a proactive approach and have previous experience within an admin role.
This role is part-time working 3 days per week in their London based office.
The Role:
Managing the Company Secretarial inbox
Preparing new client forms
Preparing and updating spreadsheets
Processing invoices for Companies House
Data entry on the CRM - Blueprint
Drafting letters and other correspondence
Preparing CS01 and Dormant Accounts tracker on a weekly basis
Preparing documents for third party scanning
Scanning, filing and archiving
Sending lost files back to clients
Other general admin as needed
Skills/Experience:
Previous experience within an office based administrative role (exposure to a Company Secretary team is preferable)
Willing to learn
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Engaging and enthusiastic
Proactive and able to use own initiative
Keen to develop and grow
