If you're an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strengths in SEO and CRO, keen to join one of Oxfordshire's leading digital agencies, you could be just the person we're looking for!
Who will I be joining?
The SEO Specialist / CRO Specialist will be joining an established agency just north of Oxford. Working across a variety of customer accounts, you will be working with Account Managers, Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver SEO and CRO campaigns that delight clients and develop the service offering. Primary responsibilities will be to drive SEO growth through improving existing content, identifying content optimisation opportunities, as well as implementing and carrying out conversion rate optimisation for lead generation. You will track agreed KPIs and report on the impact of actions taken, reporting on SEO and CRO progress on a monthly basis.
What do I need?
Previous experience working within a marketing team or agency
Whilst you're likely to be stronger in one or other of SEO and CRO, you should have a demonstrable track record of work that evidences genuine successes against search engine visibility and conversion based targets.
Experience of designing, implementing, and measuring marketing campaigns on various channels
Experience of analysing quantitative data (from Analytics, Hotjar or Clarity, etc.) and qualitative data from user interviews
