Our client is in the early stages of its IT transformation growth, therefore, we are looking for a hybrid Business Systems Analyst who isn't afraid to step outside requirements gathering and get involved with multiple projects within the business, presently, their focus is on looking at technology and innovation plans, for the future, therefore, it's a fantastic and exciting time to join them.
The business was established in Warrington there is currently over 200 Home Instead offices across the UK, providing over 6 million hours of quality care to over 21,000 clients, and employing over 13,000 people.

The project:
During the last four years, the technology landscape has evolved, from one operating system to multiple systems addressing recruitment, scheduling, management, payroll, etc. Additionally, Power BI was recently brought in-house, and is a great opportunity for a BA to step in, as well as step outside their comfort zone, and get involved in a variety of projects. Our client is not looking for a specialist, but rather for someone flexible and creative anyone with technical knowledge or specialist experience would be a bonus.
The day-to-day responsibilities would be to:
-Support the project team in the migration to a new operating platform.
BA Leading operational leads.
-Support the data cleaning process ready for data migration
-Working with stakeholders to elicit and model best practices, playing this into the system to ensure it works.
- Enforce governance is operating to a standard business model.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, hosting workshops.
-Manage the delivery of change requirements.
-Someone to be on the road, be in the group, hear what the offices are like today. What the solution will look like.
The role:
You will be reporting to the Head of PMO, who currently manages BAU. However, due to the nature of the role, you may be reporting to different heads of departments depending on the work you are fulfilling at the time. You will be working closely with IT support and the QA, helping define a piece of functionality and test.
Essentials:
-Need to have experience in configuring systems.
- Birdie experience or knowledge of product delivery management.
-Working with stakeholders to capture change requirements of the existing applications
-Advocate the effective use of our application suite.
-Manage the delivery of change requirements.
-Create QA and user story documentation.
-Customer-facing experience.
Desirables:
-Background as a Product Owner or experience in leading product delivery.
-Knowledge of warehousing/Business Intelligence systems and technologies.
Soft skills:
-Passionate about progression and learning.
-Isn't afraid to speak up and consult due to will be working and leading the core teams.
Be able to demonstrate and have an opinion to improve the way things are currently being done.
