Simply Education are working with many primary and secondary schools across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk to help with any staffing needs that may arise. We currently have many vacancies available for general support within the classroom, as well as 1:1 or small group work with students who have special educational needs.
We have been very successful in placing candidates who are seeking educational based roles, but don't have the relevant skills or experience at that time. With our ongoing training and support we can help you gain the experience and confidence you need, to become a successful teaching assistant.
Job requirements:
You must be eligible to work in the UK
Have Strong Classroom Management
A formal qualification such as a Cache LVL3 is desirable, although previous experience in a classroom environment or similar experience would also be considered.
A Passion for education.
Have a creative approach to educating.
Be flexible and adaptable
Passion for supporting students in their learning;
Possess ambition and drive to become an outstanding class-room practitioner;
Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills;
A hard work ethic.
