Sales Coordinator
We have a pleasure in confirming a new role for a company based in Southwell for a Sales Coordinator.
You will be joining a small but very busy team.
We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator, organised and thrives working in a busy environment.
Working Monday to Friday 9-5 (30 mins lunch)
* Handling customer enquiries mainly via email, directly from a colleague, or occasionally by phone
• Evaluate requirements, ask key questions regarding budget, time scale, quantity etc
• Sourcing products for quote and make recommendations
• Key focus on UK, sustainable, eco merchandise
• Ensure quotes are accurate, and completed within 24 hours
• Follow up all enquiries
• Order samples where necessary
• Send out goody pack and update CRM system
• Work with designer to create visuals, be aware of client brand guidelines, if necessary
• Manage client expectations, advise on lead times
• Staying informed of industry developments and attend trade fairs
• Stay up to date on our key supply chain
• Attend regular meetings for updates on progress
Customer Development
• Regular contact with key customers, keep database up to date of any changes
• Expand client base within existing clients, and new client development
• Look for new tender opportunities, assist with tender process
Requirements
• At least 2 years previous customer service experience, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment
