Office Manager
Location: Bagshot, Surrey
Salary: GBP25k-GBP40k Depending on relevant experience + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

You will be joining a 'family feel' organisation who seek a dynamic, self-starter who reduces the chaos of a busy office environment. Someone who will embed themselves in to the team and enjoy their great working environment and modern office.
Due to the nature of this role, it will be an office-based position on weekdays
Office Manager responsibilities will include:
Point of contact to visitors and receiving external calls.
Keeping filing systems up to date, ordering supplies, administration, meet and greet, booking travel/meeting rooms, diary management - A traditional hands-on office management role
Arranging office equipment repairs, H&S visits/repairs (including training)
Office Manager skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products
Outgoing/engaging personality
Excellent Written and Verbal communication
Exceptional organisation/time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
A hands-on working manner
