Quality and Production Support, Permanent
GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 DOE
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Hales Group are currently recruiting for experienced Quality and Production Support on behalf of our Herb Farming Client based in Thetford. As Quality and Production support you will undertake administrative tasks for the department, as well as carrying out regular product temperature checks and accurately recording the data.
What will you be doing?
* Answering the telephone and speaking with both customers and suppliers
* Updating and maintaining technical documentation
* Assisting with the quality audit paperwork
* Using measuring equipment effectively to provide accurate data on product
* Answering questions and providing relevant documentation to other departments or suppliers, as and when necessary
Who are you?
* 2 years' previous experience as an administrator
* Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Good communication skills, written and verbal with both internal and external contacts
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure
