The successful candidate will strategically lead and develop a talented team of Problem Analysts with the goal of enhancing the company's online product portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage the day to day running of the problem analytics department, being on hand to deal with any escalated reported incidents throughout the life cycle
* Ensure yourself and the team maintain up to date knowledge of the company's critical infrastructure and adopted software stack
* Carry out weekly major incident reviews and take necessary action to ensure they have been mitigated/resolved efficiently and professionally
* Ensure all problems reported are documented correctly via in house CRM system
* Liaise frequently with internal and external stakeholders to offer reassurance and insight into any ongoing problems or throughout implementation stages
* Engage regularly with the Product Manager and Remote Operations Department to obtain product progress reports and help influence direction of roadmap roll out
* Produce in depth monthly analysis reports to highlight any problem trends and raise high alert of any predicted end-user problems
Skills & Experience
* iGaming sector experience essential
* Demonstrable Problem/Incident Management experience
* Professional user of Google Cloud Platforms and Docker systems advantageous
* Proven influencer with the ability to handle objections in a professional manner
* Ability to produce SQL server reports
* Past experience of working with HTML, CSS, Java, and Python desirable
* Ability to interpret and extract key information from complex data sets
* Flexible with occasional and international travel when required
Salary: cGBP45,000 D.O.E
