Due to continued success our fantastic client, one of the UK's leading steel fabricators, are looking to hire an assistant Health & Safety Manager.
The candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and works to best practice principles (including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) across its operations, whilst promoting a positive health and safety culture across the Group.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications:
NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
Experience in managing HSE in manufacturing and construction industries, including satellite operations across multiple construction sites
Experience in driving a safety culture across all business levels
Experience of 45001 and 18001, including operating within an integrated management system (9001 would be an advantage)
CSCS card (preferred)
Full driving licence
HSE in manufacturing or construction: 1 year (preferred)
Document management systems: 1 year (preferred)
Health & Safety Management: 1 year (required)
