I am delighted to be working with one of the top 5 tour operators in the UK pride themselves on creating and running quality holiday packages. Looking for a strong individual who possesses natural leadership skills, to lead the Sales Team.
About the role:
* Ensuring rotas are up to date and prepared for the month
* Training of new starters
* Coaching and developing team members
* Conducting 1-1's and development meetings
* Dealing with escalated calls if needed
* Setting monthly incentives to drive team moral
* Liaising with Head of Department
Personal Attributes:
* Previous management experience
* Ability to motivate team members
* Naturally salesy personality
* Strong written and communication skills
* Ability to monitor team and individual KPI's
