Permanent opportunity for an estates surveyor working with a large consultancy in Manchester.
Your new company
This is a global multi-million pound consultancy specialising in engineering solutions. As a business they do offer commercial property surveying for the internal teams, as well as external clients which currently include public sector clients.
Based in First Street in Manchester they are easily commutable by public transport, though the working pattern at the moment is 1 day from the office and they are not anticipating this changing anytime soon.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering commercial valuations, L&T services. You will be working as part of a team of 22 which is spread across commercial management, disposals & acquisitions, valuations. You will be in a client facing role, liaising with tenants and landlords.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified with previous experience working in a commercial management role. If you have worked within an estate management role in public sector organisation and looking to make the move into a consultancy this could be the perfect role for you. You will need to be MRICS chartered.
