Business Transformation Manager - Epsom - GBP65,000 + Car allowance + Unrivalled benefits
A great opportunity has arisen for a highly driven Business Transformation Manager to join our market leading client's fantastic international organisation. The key role within this team will be to support the company's vision to drive excellent digital experiences through effective integration of finance tools, services and system solutions. Purpose of the Business Transformation Manager:
1. Management, development and delivery of the company's sales channel from a financial services perspective.
2. Ongoing development of the 'Buy Online channel' along with the creation of a comprehensive roadmap for future development of finance products and services - including Value Chain opportunities and loyalty programmes.
3. Primary contact for the online retail team to maximise their schedule of developments locally and to ensure that the future strategy and eCommerce channel development are aligned and supported.
4. Collaborate with additional eCommerce channels and identify opportunities for alignment, efficiency, improved CX and revenue.
5. Lead on systems testing, deployment and integration from a finance perspective across all of the company's ecommerce developments.
6. Project management and prioritisation across company's ecommerce projects and programs.
7. Stakeholder management across company.
8. Act as business owner and ensure continuous alignment, improvement and progress on strategic projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Major influence across company's business areas in relation to project delivery at all levels of management.
- Research, consense and recommend actions.
- Deliver regular updates and recommendations to key stakeholders including the company's E-Commerce Management Board.
- Deliver presentations and updates to senior committees.
- Secure appropriate budget needs for ecommerce projects / roadmap.
Business Model
- Research and recommend the ecommerce business model from a financial services perspective including pricing strategy, value chain model and Network margin and programmes impact.
Deliver updates and gain support as and when required through appropriate retailer committees

* People management experience of managing direct line reports
* Understand the importance of alignment across a diverse organisation.
