The role of Communications Exec:
This is a great role for an up-and-coming communications exec who is passionate about storytelling and producing high-quality content. The work will be varied across offline, online and social, short and long-form work, and for a variety of international markets. There is a good back catalogue that you can work with or re-purpose as well as plenty of opportunities to start with a blank page. You will weave SEO into your work to help find the right audience, and have an eye for design and an editor's eye when looking at others' copy, content and contributions.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, passionate and eagle-eyed communications exec.
Responsibilities for the position of Communications Exec include:
Work with the Communications Director to understand the strategy
Create factual and engaging copy for various audiences across a variety of media
Create new brochures, blogs, articles, flyers, web pages, white-papers and more
Work with digital, product, and social marketers on content and how to market it
Have a great eye for detail and a high standard of care for what you createIt would be great if you have:
A mix of communications and copy-writing experience
Can think creatively within a regulated industry
Great communicator able to translate ideas into engaging, educational stories
Strong project management skills
Life sciences or related experience or degreeThe Package for Communications Executive:
Salary: GBP30,000-GBP35,000
22 Days Holiday, Pension, BenefitsLocation: The position of Communications Executive will be hybrid, with 2 days in Hemel Hempstead.
