Maintenance Operative - New Build Housing

TSR are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Operative, for our client a 5*, highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market.

The role will involve visiting customers' homes across the East Midlands area to implement all remedial works to customers properties.

You will be highly experienced in;

•Joinery

•Patch plastering

•Hanging and re-fitting doors

•Filling

•Sanding

•Painting & decorating

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• You will have a clean driving license
• You will have knowledge of reporting and assessing defects in homes
• You will be willing to get on and work in a busy environment
• You will be a team player and also able to work on own initiative
