An established company in Milton Keynes and Northampton are looking to recruit temporary staff to start immediately. They have various part time hours to offer, covering Mondays to Sundays. Hourly pay rate is GBP11.00.
You will be calling through a list of people who have already purchased or received a voucher or won a competition for a photoshoot experience to book appointments. You will inform the customer of what's included in the package and finding a suitable time for them to come in. You will also run them through some ideas of what to wear and bring with them to help them make the most of their photoshoot.
This is more of a service role than a sales role, although you will be striving to achieve daily bookings targets.
Experience
Previous experience working in an outbound sales role/telesales is highly desirable but not necessary. as the ideal candidate will need:
• A outgoing personality and be easy to talk to• To enjoy chatting with customers over the telephone• To be efficient with their time• To be computer literate• Experience or confidence to work consistently on the phone, setting appointments
