Rthirteen are pleased to be partnering with an exciting business in the leisure industry, in their search for HR Advisor. As a pivotal member of the team, you will provide integral support in the delivery of all things HR. Day to day, this role has a varied workload including, but not limited to, providing general HR support to managers and employees, handling disciplinary/grievance procedures, supporting on the recruitment process and championing best HR practice at all times.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven HR advisory experience who is either part or fully qualified. You will be joining a fantastic brand that continues to grow and innovate.

Duties to include:

* Providing a comprehensive HR service to managers.

* Supporting managers to deal with HR issues that arise, providing clear advice and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

* Supporting in the creation and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.

* Providing support to the recruitment process, including writing and posting adverts, producing emails and letters, responding to inquiries and preparing interview schedules.

* Assisting new starters with paperwork, including checking paperwork meets legal and company requirements, gathering references, writing offer letters and carrying out ID checks.

* Working in collaboration with the payroll team to manage the HRIS system, ensuring records are maintained and accurate.

* Creating and producing letters, induction packs, crew handbooks, polices/procedures, forms, minutes, offer packs and contracts of employment.

* Assisting in the management of the HR inbox and responding to a variety of internal and external inquiries.

* Assisting with HR ad hoc duties and projects as required.

You will have/be:

* Proven experience working within a HR advisory role.

* Relevant HR qualification.

* Up to date knowledge of relevant employment law and legislation.

* Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

* A keen eye for detail with high levels of accuracy.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Organisational, time management and multitasking skills.

* Strong customer service skills.

* A team player.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 depending on experience.
