Location: Stretford Area, Manchester
Salary: GBP35,000
Working Monday - Friday days.
Summary:
This is a dynamic and fast-moving operation, working to stringent time-scales and high customer expectations. Candidates will need to have gained warehousing operational experience within a similar environment. This is predominantly a Monday - Friday role .Operating within ambient, chilled and frozen environments the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coaching the team across multiple disciplines; ensuring that they develop to reach their full potential whilst building a team-based culture and promoting an ethos of Continuous Improvement. Essentially you will have excellent people skills; a natural leader with proven experience of managing teams of 30+. You will be keen to promote a safe working environment and have an up-to-date knowledge of current H&S Legislation. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of WMS systems are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
A dynamic Warehouse Manager is needed to take responsibility across inbound and outbound multi-temperature warehousing operations
Manage H&S Legislation.
Key Skills/Experience:
Excellent people management skills but also recognises the importance of a quality service and an impressive customer experience.
Essentially you will have excellent people skills; a natural leader with proven experience of managing teams.
Excellent IT skills.
Must be motivated and enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in a similar role within a fast-paced, pressurised environment, where the provision of a first-class customer experience is paramount.
