You will be responsible for health and safety, managing cost, customer awareness, training and overseeing of the shift. Maintain KPI delivery, production and quality standards, headcount,
labour and monitor OEE.
To be successful in this role you will need to be an organised, hands on, result driven team player with a strong background/experience in food manufacturing, overseeing a shift, KPI management and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
