We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Chatham on a temporary basis

This is a varied customer focused and administrative role in a busy environment. You will be monitoring and raising repairs works following emergency call out and communicating with the team and customers via telephone and email to book in operatives work

Duties

* Monitoring emergency repairs raised out of hours and raising them on our clients system and booking them in
* Liaising with external contractors for updates on repair works passed to them and updating computer systems
* Processing and monitoring operatives van stocks
* Taking minutes from meetings
* Contacting customers to arrange appointments for inspections or repairs
* Responding to general enquiries in relation to the service
* Complaint investigation
* Processing operatives timesheets
* Monitoring materials and arranging works

Experience needed

* Excellent communication skills including written, oral and interpersonal
* Ability to convey important messages through good presentation skills (oral, numerical and written)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

Monday to Friday 37 hours a week

Min 8 weeks with a view of longer
