Customer Service Advisor/Calls Handler/Project Administrator - 2 months - Preston - Inside IR35
An experienced Customer Service Advisor/Calls Handler/Project Administrator is sought for an initial 2-month contract with a client based in Preston. Due to new business wins, there has been an increase in pressure on the Service Desk and the client need additional resource to support their clients.
As a Customer Service Advisor/Calls Handler/Project Administrator, you will work alongside the Service Desk Project Team in the sourcing and collation of relevant information relating to integration and deployment projects. You'll be a strong communicator both in writing and verbally on the phone with good administration skills.
