Management Information Officer

* Salary: GBP23,000 - GBP25,000

* Location: Remote working with occasional travel quarterly

* Duration: Permanent

* Hours: 40 hours per week - Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

Purpose of the role

* Plan, organise and manage the data reconciliation ensuring accuracy and readiness for timely DfE submissions.

* Create all invoices and evidence packs for audit and submission on behalf of the MI & Compliance Manager.

* Work with all Departmental leads to understand and support the data requirements and supporting with removing or minimising obstacles to achieve clear, timely and accurate recording of evidence.

* Validate and process data efficiently in accordance with DfE Funding Rules and internal processes

* Correct Data validation errors and work on correction reports as directed.

* Liaise with the enrolment, delivery and operational teams ensuring timely and compliant submission of all starts leavers and completion evidence.

* Monitor and report on compliance with the rules, polices and/or procedures associated to funding claims.

* Support with invoicing and credit control ensuring timely collection of required co-investments.

They are looking for someone with the following:

* Strong Excel skills required with use of pivot tables and formulas

* Previous experience in data reconciliation

* Outstanding attention to detail

* Experience of creating invoices

* Familiarisation with the Ofsted EIF beneficial

* Ability to understand, interpret and comply with company policies, procedures, and employment law

* Familiarisation with the DfE Plan for Jobs initiative beneficial

* Good standard of general education (minimum C in 5 GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths)
