Progressively growing MSP based in Derby, who provide Digital Web services, apps, software and IT support, is looking for an IT Office Manager to join their team of 12.

You will be responsible for managing the office, ensuring employees are happy, healthy, productive, and target are met. Assist the Directors understand the output from the team,

Skills:
*Proven experience in the management and development of a team
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages
*Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
*Experience of managing a remote team
*Proven experience in QA conducted in a contact centre environment
*Any IT experience in Digital web services, apps, software or IT

As the successful IT Office Manager, you will ensure client deadlines are met, ensure consistency and accuracy, whilst highlighting any improvements that could be made to systems and methods to achieve the combined end goal.

The successful IT Office Manager will be joining an organisation, who is committed to growth, and have plans to double in size by 2023. This role offers new opportunities and growth.

Salary: Up to GBP35,000
