Who we are looking for
People who are competent with Kitchen and/or Shop Fitting and are interested in transferring their skills into fitting out boat interiors.
About the role
Salary: GBP10-GBP15 per hour (Skills Matrix in place, GBP10-GBP12.50 starting rate). Paid Weekly
Hours: 42.5 hours a week - 7.00am - 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday
Overtime available at flat rate up to 45 hours, time and a quarter thereafter
Benefits: GBP1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service.
The role will be varied and will depend on the applicant's expertise but will revolve around the fit-out of luxury boats. The company, design, build and repair high-quality boats, motor launches, yachts and superyacht tenders.
The projects at present and for the foreseeable future are superyacht tenders, both manufacture and refit.
