Description
This Administrator role will include but not be limited to the following:
To check and process all tenancy changeovers
Processing Mid Term adjustments and implementing billing lines
Raising PO's and distribute reports
To complete and update trackers
Sending Meeting Notes to licensees in line with Statutory Pubs Code
Co-ordinating and Administering Regional Lettings Calls
Chase outstanding paperwork from Business Development Managers
To advise internal office staff and external suppliers of tenancy changes
Setting up accounts on internal system
Liaising with other departments and management
To provide admin support to Operations Directors and other management
To deal with incoming post/general correspondence
Dealing with Notice to Quit letters
Arranging Inventories/valuations
Ad hoc reports and tasks as requiredProfile
The successful Administrator will require the following:
Strong administration skills
Previous experience with tenancy or property would be advantageous
Good understanding of legal terminology
Good organisation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
Strong IT skills
Job Offer
This Administration opportunity will offer the following:
GBP18,000 - GBP22,000
25 days holiday + bank
35 hour working week
