Customer Account Administrator
GBP18-GBP22 per hour (experience dependent) + office / home-working split + collaborative & supportive Business environment
A global pharmaceuticals organisation is looking to engage with a Customer Account Administrator on an initial temporary assignment, to start immediately
Customer Account Administrator remit;
* Accurately process detailed customer sales orders in a busy and fast paced commercial business environment
* Deal with all aspects of order processing and administration developing and maintaining goo Ensure orders are checked and correct in relation to product and price
* Liaise with customer services and sales teams regarding any issues with orders
* Process credits, debits and returns
* Maintain price list and price amendments accurately on Excel and SAP
* Maintain filing systems (both manual and computerised)
* Maintain clear, concise and detailed customer records
Customer Account Administrator profile;
* Experience managing and processing customer orders in a customer service account management role or similar
* Experience in a pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Clinical setting advantageous
* Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Experienced using SAP or similar ERP system
* Confident communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving can-do mindset
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines
* Resilient under pressure and confident to question decisions when necessary
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Good team player with an enthusiastic self-motivated attitude
