Asset Finance Workstream Project Manager
Contract 6-12 Months.

My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Asset Finance Workstream Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.

You will be responsible for the coordination of day to day planning, implementation, and tracking of the SME and Asset Finance workstreams. You will create and manage a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the workstream. You will be responsible for maintenance of workstream input into the masterplan and the new PoaP artefacts. You will determine the resources required to complete the workstream and develop a schedule that effectively allocates resources to activities. Candidates will be expected to manage the integration of all key 3rd Parties engaged in delivery eg other Service Partners. You will be responsible for the workstream Status and PDG governance and reporting into the Workstream Business lead. You will be responsible for the upkeep and management of the workstream RAID and escalation to the programme leadership
Responsible for approving any required re-forecasting or resources or spend pertaining to activities in-scope for the workstream, you will also liaise with any IT Delivery PMs on key inputs for delivery.
