Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team based in Walton-On-Thames, on a permanent basis. The position allows hybrid working, meaning you will only be required in the office two days per week.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will be a point of contact for a large percentage of our client's customers and your main job will be troubleshooting and assisting customers with any issues raised against products they support. This is a great opportunity for any 2nd Line Support Professionals with good ITIL awareness, customer service knowledge and good technical experience to join their team.

2nd Line Support Analyst - Key Skills:

Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure and computer networking knowledge and experience is desirable

ITIL knowledge and experience of working within the framework is desirable

Must be able to demonstrate analytical & systematic approach to problem solving

Must have excellent customer service skills with a strong customer focus

Must have strong communication skills, both orally & in writing

Must be able to multitask, organise priorities and meet deadlines

Will be able to take ownership of issues & work to tight timescales
