Our client is a successful property trading company who own several serviced office centres in London, Southampton and Birmingham. They now have an immediate position for a General Manager to come on board and manage two of their main offices in Central London.
Duties will involve the following:
1) Management of staff including facilities staff and Receptionists
2) Maximising revenue and occupancy with business Tenants.
3) Building relationships with external Property Brokers.
4) Dealing with internal works and issues within the building and dealing with external Contractors.
5) Day to day viewings for prospective Tenants.
6) Full management of P&L.
7) Managing staff and staffing rota's.
8) Ensuring excellent customer service at all times to ensure complete Tenant satisfaction.
9) Making sure the Offices are kept to a high standard at all times.
10) Management reporting on a weekly basis on P&L, Tenancy volumes and staffing.
11) Issuing lease agreements, invoicing and debtor control.
Candidates applying for this role should have a previous background as a General Manager, Sales Manager or Operations Manager role within serviced offices or business centres.
There will be an attractive salary between GBP43000 to GBP50000 dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits.
