Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing ParalegalChesterCirca GBP35,000I am working with a well-known firm based in Chester as they look to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience of fee earning.The role would require the successful candidate to be able to complete the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files. Candidates must have enough experience to complete this process unsupervised.In line with the firm's mission statement and core values the role will suite someone who is a team player, well organised, an effective communicator and timely. In return there is much scope for career progression and the firm offers a great support for all their staff.Full time office-based role Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.
