Line Leader - Day Shift - Yaxley
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Line Leader for the Day shift.
Shift Pattern: 05:30-18:00, any 4 out of the 7 days, panama shift pattern - week one: 2 days in, 2 days off, 3 days in, week two: 2 days off, 2 days in and 3 days off. Over time available.
Pay Rate: GBP11.75 per hour with an overtime rate of GBP14.69
Duties:
* Ensuring that your line operates at full capacity
* Ensure all Line resources are being used
* Run machinery to specification whilst escalating any issues you can't resolve
* Support you team achieve a target
* Working to KPI's
* Work with internal departments to include QA and Engineering
Experience:
* Must have experience within a similar role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Benefits:
