Title: Customer Service Representative - Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Location: Stamford
Have you got excellent customer service skills and looking for a new and exciting challenge?
Our client based in Stamford are seeking a Client Service Representative to join their organisation. The successful candidate will be receiving, processing and confirming orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties:
Processing and confirming orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner
Liaising with production regarding specific requirements
Issuing of paperwork for shipments to non- EU countries
Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers
Experience Required:
Experience of delivering excellent customer services
Excellent communication skills and telephone technique
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Confident using Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of another European language (i.e. Dutch, German or Hungarian) is desirable but not essential
Can work well in a team environment
A positive attitude, co-operative
Willing to comply with company policies and procedures and work constructively with colleagues
