Rydon Maintenance Ltd now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Performance team in Dartford, Kent. We do operate a 'hybrid working' culture, and this means that some home working is possible.

Job Purpose

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team based at our office in Dartford. As part of this varied role you will be monitoring and improving internal quality procedures and processes across our healthcare and social housing maintenance and repairs contracts.

Some key responsibilities will be to ensure that all calls and work orders raised and closed by our Customer Service Operators are in line with our contractual obligations. You will carry out regular auditing of our self reporting systems and monitor data submitted by our operatives to ensure weekly performance dashboard figures reflect the work undertaken, escalating any potential risks identified to management. You will produce quality assurance reports and attend monthly meetings with our contact centre team leaders so that areas for improvement can be identified and addressed

This position will initially be offered on 12 month fixed term contract and is a very varied role with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Experience Required

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. It is not necessary for the preferred candidate to have experience gained working within a quality or compliance role as full training will be provided. It would be an advantage if you have previous experience in a facilities and/or maintenance background, with a company providing repairs to the housing and/or education sector or other repairs experience this would be an advantage. You will have excellent attention to detail, an analytical approach, be highly organised and have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
