Our client is looking for entry level candidate who is looking to be part of our small but perfectly formed Central Admin team. The role is key to providing a range of support across our 11 UK offices with a range of tasks.

The role would be ideally sorted to a school leaver who is looking to get commercial office-based experience to start their career. Great opportunity to grow a career within their Business.

Duties:

* Taking incoming calls

* Dealing with post

* Photocopying, scanning, filling

* Organising stationery and ensuring all offices are fully stocked

* Meet and greet external visitors

* Arranging life event cards and gifts (birthday, new baby etc)

* General PA type support for the Partner group and other senior members of the team.

Can you offer:

* Comfortable to communicate across all levels of the business.
