We are a successful and established company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, that specialise in short-term lettings and charity lettings of commercial property throughout the UK.
We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Administrator.
The position is a part time role (working hours negotiable) and would be joining the existing team. The role is mainly office based.
The successful candidate must have good communication and administration skills, the ability to complete paperwork accurately, have a good eye for detail and must be able to work on their own or as part of a team.
A clean driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
No previous experience necessary, as full training will be given.
Essential Criteria:
* You must have good communication skills.
* Be competent working with Microsoft Office, and generally have good computer skills
* An open, friendly approach.
* Drive and attention to detail are key, as is confidence and a self-starting nature.
* You must be highly-organised, hard-working with a good attention to detail.
* You must have a good and confident telephone manner and able to multi-task.
